| Farewell, Colorado. |
July 31st
We ended our time in Colorado today grabbing lunch in Walden then crossing the border. A mile and a half before we got to our campsite, Annie popped a flat on a dirt road. We camped along the Platte River, saw some amazing stars, washed in the river, and had a scrumptious family dinner together. Our camping neighbors gave us wheat thins, cheese, and beer (and a lemonade for Liz). The sunset was unreal, and we're all proud of making it to another border crossing. We will all miss Colorado but are looking forward to what's ahead of us!!
